Soccer Tempo organizes year round indoor and outdoor leagues for Youth and Adult players.

Youth players need to touch the ball as often as possible, so our leagues are designed to be 5v5 only (4 +1 GK).

Our adult leagues will range from 5v5 with no goalie to 7v7 with goalie.

Game Duration: 5v5 (4+1gk) or 5v5 no goalie: 40 min/ 2 x 20 min halves

• 2 to 3 min halftime

Roster: 5v5: Maximum 10 players

• 7v7: Maximum 12 players

Season: Minimum 8 games per league + 1or 2 playoffs games
The first 4 teams make the playoffs

Trophies awarded for 1st place only in the Adult Leagues.
No trophies for Youth Leagues

T-Shirts given in the middle of the season to every participating player.
